Shipping - Elan Linen

We endeavour to deliver all orders immediately once the payment has been completed. For those items that are in stock (see below disclaimer), we’ll dispatch the order within 4 - 10 working days. For those products that are not in stock, it can take upto 21 days to dispatch. Please note that custom made items, MM linen bedding & most of the rugs are not available in stock readily & may take upto 2 weeks to deliver. If you require something urgently, please get in touch with us at sales@elanlinen.com.au as soon as the order is finalised and we will try to expedite delivery.

Shipping is Free for orders worth $99 and above, and for orders below that, it's flat $10. We may request for additional shipping charges for distant areas like NT, WA & Tasmania if the cost is excessively high. Elan Linen reserves the right to discontinue this offer at anytime or dis-approve any order to classify for the offer without any notice or explanation. Cost of delivery for bulky items will depend upon the quantity, weight and dimensions of the product and is strictly non refundable in case of change of mind returns.

Split shipments may result in extra shipping costs. Please contact us at sales@elanlinen.com.au for further information. We are no longer refunding for lost parcels, if you think your area is not safe, please contact us soon after completing the order and purchase the insurance for extra $5 OR advise of the best method/time for delivery. 

Bulky items such as strollers and furniture are not entitled to Australia wide free shipping. We charge a flat delivery fee as following:

VIC: 15

NSW: $18

ACT: $18

QLD & SA: $25

WA: $48

Tasmania: $60

 

Courier Company

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post and Hunter express. Our standard shipping arrangement will require a signature at delivery; however you can select an authority to leave at door during checkout. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox and your parcel will be left at your local post office for pick up. If you wish to leave a particular delivery note, please email us immediately as soon as you finalize your order. Hunter express may leave the parcel outside the door so if you do not wish the parcel to be left unattended please specify as soon as you make the payment. International Orders:

We are pleased to offer international Shipping to our customers worldwide who are in love with our beautiful collections. International parcels are sent via Australia post and have to be placed via email since the shipping costs vary item to item and country to country. We'll try our best to give you the best possible rates however; a chance of error may exist. Please be aware that deliveries outside of the Australia may be subject to customs. To comply with local legislation, you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply to all products purchased from Elan Linen. 

Please send an email to sales@elanlinen.com.au including the products you're interested in (mention name, size, color and quantity) and your delivery address. Our sales team will get back to you within 2-3 hours. Payment will only be accepted via PayPal.

Shipping Disclaimer:

We represent stock levels of our suppliers. Although we regularly update our website, sometimes suppliers run out of stock unexpectedly, which can result in a delay in serving orders. If suppliers are in stock, your order will be dispatched and delivered within 4-10 working days depending on your location. If you are ordering furniture or rugs, some suppliers only make to order and this may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
